Unhappy because my memory is getting worse. Had therapy on my arm. It is painful,

Cool and rainy here today. Rocky still enjoys our walks but he is very stiff and sore (so it seems) for the rest of the day.
My move is over (except for a week or so of unpacking). Hate the new place. I am feeling terrible. Nerve-pain through the roof. Bugger
It is tough to go through the pain of physio but wonderful to see the improvement of range of movement. And how do you know if your memory is getting worse since you cant remember what you use to remember?
