 We all want to find happiness.  A cool day but good for a walk.

did my excercises and had a walk around,

 My good friend Genora had a bad fall and has been taken to the hospital. I am woried about her,

MOVIE TIME

Sunny and warm

Went for a short walk and then to the movie  by Agatha Christie,

 No one to talk to at lunch.

HELPFUL

Feel good when I can be helpful. 

MISTAKEN

 I ate at the fancy breakfast down stairs but I was suppose to eat upstairs at my dining room.  Very confusing.  I went down stairs just to see what was going in and some one put me at a table and brought me food.

Night OUT

 Carol nd I went to Milestones.  Very enjoyable.

Happiness

 Happiness is spending time with my family,  Thank you Penteli for coming to get me so I could spend time with Carol and Rick and yourself.

 Thankful for the new flowers Sandra placed on my balcony.

Party Time

 The court yard was full of people taking tours of our place.  Lots of good food put out to impress.

I got stuck with a very takative yong guy,  I did not believe half of what he said.  A perfect day, for visiters to see our place.  There are a few empty rooms here I believe.  Off to have supper now with my silemt friend,  I visit with the girls across from me after I have eaten.

Meals

Roasted cauliflower for lunch and roast beef for supper.  It is okay,

ALONE

 I went down to watch the movies.  No one was there, but I did not mind.  I came home and went to bed early.

FOUND

 A GOOD DAY.  FOUND MY LOST KEYS,

HAPPY

 HAPPY to have a visit from Spenser and Sandra,

 

OH NO

 Just spilled a cup of hot coffee all over me and the chair I was sitting  on

TOO HOT

 Two hot to sit outside to day.  Nice to have air condioning.  I do not know how to spell.

Appointment

 Appointment to see arm doctor.

Busy

 Went to chat group and to exercises,

CONTENT

Enjoying life here with good friends phoning and keeping in touch,

SAD

 Sad news my good friend Wanda dies suddenky last night,  I will miss her,  We never expected this.

Excercise

 Had a walk and went to excercise,
