Had a special day out with Carol.  Went to Chapters and out to lunch.

MEAN

 A mean elderly man was unkind to be in the elevator,  I got off as quickly as I could,  This has never happened before,  Every one has been so kind,  I do not think it will happen again,

Went to a talk about brain heaalth.  Use it more.

Sunday Service

 Enjoyed a simple Sunday service down stairs,  Good to be with friends,

Carol is still away,  Enjoyed a visit with Rick on the phone, Sandra is busy with all her animals,

Going down to watch movie about Diana, her last days I think.  Thankful my bedroom is cool.

FALLS

 Two people here have had falls and have been taken to hospital,  One is Jeanne who sits at my table.  I will be alone,

SLOW and cAREFUL

 No fun getting old.  I am thankfjul for my family and friends,

IN AND OUT

 Two walks in the warm sunshine,  Nice  visit from Sandra,  Hope Randy is recovering well .

COLD

 COLD air blowing on me at lunch,  Two friends did not come, No fun,

 A perfect evenning to go out  for supper with

SUPPER

 Supper will be delivered to our rooms.  There is flooding in the dining room.

Talk

 Had a good talk with Ken. until he had to go and feed his cat.

WET

 A very wet morning, rain pouring down,  I did not venture out at all,  Two ladies from the church came for a short visit,

  Off to activities this afternoon.  A very quiet day,

RAINY

 A rainy day.  I will not walk outside.  There is a music progtam this afternoon.  I am questioning my life,

Cool and cloudy

 Unhappy because my memory is getting worse.  Had therapy on my arm.  It is painful,

Looking forward to a happy afternoon with music and games and ice cream,

FRIENDLY

 Very fortunate to live in such a friendly place.  Spent the afternoon in the back garden with a group of friends,  The temperature was perfect and the group jolly.

WARM

 Another warm day,  Enjoyed my weekly visit from 

Sandra and Spenser.  After noon group cancelled.

HORSE RACING

Enjoyed a visit with Sandra in the morning after my treatment on my arm.  

Went to horse racing this aefertnnon but did not bet

Had a walk but it is very hot outside.

kEEPING BUSY

 Went to watch  VIDEO about Canada down in the Media room about Canada.  It was good,

No sign of th mouse,  

FAMTLY

 Had a good visit with Rick today going over family history,

Positive

 My goal is to be more positive and thankful every day  Yes it was warm eniugh to swim at the party.

TIME

Time for my B12 shot again.  I do not notice any difference,

Warm aga\in today,  Did not walk outside.  Walk around my floor several times.

Hot dogs for supper if you want,  Not for me.

THANKFUL

 I lead a very boring life but the friends I eat my meals with are very entertaining and we have lots of laughs.  That is so good.

Today we were entertained by a young man and a young boy, who played different instruments,  We sing a lot of the old favorites.,

I had my hair dome today and it looks good

Had a wonderful visit at Sandra and 

Randy's With Shawa and Stephen and the boys and their sister.

Quiet day today,  Carol invited me over but I am too tired for the long drive back and forth,  I do not like bothering people.
