 I got my exercise walking around,

The voice

 All is quiet and then a voice says takes your pills.  I say again

Enjoyed a very god day with Rick,  He also did my laundry, and we had a good chat

 Thankful my room is cool.

LOUD

 Lots of banging noise working on my roof this morning,  No rain will be getting in.

Happy

 HAPPY  to get a call from my brother Brian to wish me happy birthday,

HAPPY

 Happy to have a good visit on the phone with Ken.  Busy with family etc,

WARM

 Enjoyed a visit from Sandra and the nice warm blanket she brought me.

QUIET

 Had a chat with Rick but otherwise a qut day,

LOOKING FORWARD TO TO MORROW.

 I will e able to leave my room and go for a walk in the back garden,

BECAUSE

 Because I have a stomach ache I am restricted to being in my room,  I am not happy but thankful it could be worse.

Sandra came for a visit and helped me organize my space.  I am waiting for my lunch to be delivered although I am not very hungry,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

 I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME WITH MY AMAZING FAMILY.  Good food, lots of fun and gifts  Even a picture frame for memories.  Thank you all.
