I think I have everything out of my stomach now, Glad Rick and Spenser came over so I did not feel too miserable, Did not go for lunch but may try supper.
That is good you got it out of your system, though it's not very pleasant to do so. I hope you have better options at the kitchen there and get enough nutrients. Spencer is probably always so happy to see you!
I hope you found something good to eat at dinner. I have to go get a new photo for my drivers license. Matt will come with me and get his photo for his learners license.
