ACTIVE

Yes I am trying to kr=eep active I went to the excorcise class in the morning and later to a craft group In the afternoon I went for a walk, It was cold but very enjoyable. NOW I am like everyone else waiting for supper.

    Glad you are finding things to do that keep you active.

    I went to the dentist this morning. The procedure seemed to work well.

    Took Spencer out three times today.

    Spencer never seems to get too happy. His blindness might be getting worse, or maybe his hair needs to be trimmed.
