kEEPING BUSY

 Went to watch  VIDEO about Canada down in the Media room about Canada.  It was good,

No sign of th mouse,

 Had a good visit with Rick today going over family history,

Positive

 My goal is to be more positive and thankful every day  Yes it was warm eniugh to swim at the party.

I was just at the movie in the Media room here,  It was

There is a mouse in my kitchen I will not go in there,

TIME

Time for my B12 shot again.  I do not notice any difference,

Warm aga\in today,  Did not walk outside.  Walk around my floor several times.

Hot dogs for supper if you want,  Not for me.

THANKFUL

 I lead a very boring life but the friends I eat my meals with are very entertaining and we have lots of laughs.  That is so good.

Today we were entertained by a young man and a young boy, who played different instruments,  We sing a lot of the old favorites.,

I had my hair dome today and it looks good

Had a wonderful visit at Sandra and 

Randy's With Shawa and Stephen and the boys and their sister.

Quiet day today,  Carol invited me over but I am too tired for the long drive back and forth,  I do not like bothering people.

BUSY

 The last few days have been very busy,  It was great to see Kim and Hamlet and the children.  This morning Sandra and Spenser came over.  He just curls up and goes to sleep.

   I love spending time with my family,  Visiting in peron or on the phone.

Going for a walk around my floor.  Too hot to go outside,

FUN

 Looking forward to a fun time watching th bitterflies being released,  I do not have one of my own,

Carol is comig over.and we went together.  She won some momey/
