CHANGE

Nothing much is changing with me, We get to order our meals at lunch for the folloing day. I am getting better at doing this more thoughtfully. My two friends who sit with me at meals are becoming good friends, Their are lots of activities to attend if I want to do that. I love going out in the back courtyard where the 10 baby ducks are getting so big, They will soon be flying waay, I wonder why only one comes back every spring. I am as busy as I want to be and I am happy.I do not worry about anything.

LOST

I hate being lost and felt sorry for this old lady lost on my floor. She was trying different doors. I took her down to the front desk where they called xome on to come and help her. She was on the second floor. She could not speak English. I was going out for a walk but too late now it is just about supper time. I had a good time at Bible study with my friends, It wasa good day,

HAPPY

Happy to be with Carol and Panteli for lunch at Boston Pizza, a warm summer day with a slight breeze, I am so thankful for caring family who keep in touch.

A fun day with the guy who sings like Elvis puts on a great show in the parking lot. Jeanne thinks she is help me as we leave she garbs my walker and takes off with it. Fortunately a gentleman grabed me by the arms and steadied me. I was then reunited with my walker. The music was great,and lots of fun.

THE WEATER was perfect and having lunch with Carol and Penteli was enjoyable. The waitress was happy and took good care of us, I am so blessed to have a wonderful caring family. Missed seeing Rick and also Sandra and Randy.

Lots of birthdays to remember in our family,our very special family. Happy Birthday Kim . So many very good memories. I will not be sending cards although I may have alreday done so, i WISH i COULD REMEMBER but I am getting more and more forgetful, I have no plans for today excepting going going for walks. MY, GOAL IS TO TRY AND KEEP HEALTHY. i ENJOY GOING ON WALKS, i ENJOY GOING OUT IN THE BACK YARD, THERE IS A MOTHER DUCK WHO COMES HERE EVERY YEAR TO HAVE BABIES. SHE HAD 10 THIS YEAR. They are enjoy watching them grow and leARn Sandra is a very good help. I asked her to make me cake. Every afternoon they have drinks and serve cake. I am getting tempted. QUIET

TODAY IS a quiet day, I will join in with the excercise class after I first walk around my floor. Thr weather is perfect for a walk out side which I will do next. I am happy just being quiet before I join in visiting with others.

UNEXPECTED

I was pleasantly surprised to have a visit from sandra bringing me some food. I know she is very busy looking after the kitens, Thanks Sandra. Sunday as usual Carol came to pick me up for supper at her house.Too bad Rick could not join us He missed a good supper, Hope and pray he feels better soon, It was a good day. It was sunnier here than at Sandra's.
