SATURDAY

Movie tonigh The Plane that Disappeared.

QUIET

 Birthday social this afternoon with music and ice cream,

Wandered around

 Too hot outsided.Wandered around in side,    Filled in a surrey and had some ice cream.  Quinwa salad for supper,

EARLY

 It is good to be up early as it gets too hot very quickly.

I enjoyed  the Bible study group tpday,  Our minister sure knows a lot and makes it interesting,

I am hot and tired tonight,  I hope I can sleep,

LAZY

 Having a lazy morning,  Bible study this afternoon unless it is cancelled.  Too hot.

HOT

 I do not know exactly how hot it is but it is very hot.   Nice to have help from Sandra and Carol. goodies to snack on,

.Very thankfulfor the air blower going in my bedroom.  Thankkful our dining room is cool,  I had physuo on my armthis morning but it feels worse right now,  I am just getting old,

EXCERCISE

Morning routine with help,  Visit from Sandra, ///chat group with friends, 

Activities

There is the usual morning exercise class.  I sometimes go but prefer my morning walk to the park.  After lunch there is bingo I do not go very often,  In the afternoon there will be Live Music with the Langley Ukelele  Ensemble.  

There will be drinks served.  Wine if you pay 4 dollars.

Then in the evening there is a movie: Honeymoon Crasher..

I am off for my walk now.  A cool morning.

Musical Friday

 A young girl played a harp.  Excellent,  ..........even played popular and jazz.  

she was amazing. 

A young man accompanied  her on the flute.  He was excellent too,  It is good these advents are well attended.

ONE Duck

 One duck swimming alone in the pond this morning.

Forgetful

 I forgot about the strawberry tea but the good thing was I went for a walk with my friend Jeanne,  when we got back a friend brought strawberries out to us to the bench where we were sitting, so good.

GONE

All the ducks have been taken away,  People with big net caught them.  They were very gentle with them,  

we will miss them.

I had physio this morning,  Painful and trying,  

bible study this afternoon, lots of fun,

DUCKS

Went down to see the ducks in the back yard,  They are getting big.  Off to study group now.

Enjoy this beautiful day Rick. I think plans are being made. This is always a lovely day, I will talk to Carol.

Fires and floods what a world. Nice to have things like birthdays to celebrate Happy Birthday to every one in July.

INTERESTING

I Have enjoyed interesting and fun visits with all my great grandchildren, Had a wonderfuk day with Morgan yesterday, They are all very special and very great, I got a b 12 shot today and I hope it gives me more energy, Another sunny warm day, I am very happy,

Had a good n=morning visit with RICK, hE IS DOING WELL.

COMPANY

Rick is on his way ower.

GOOD

It felt so good to be away from here and spend the day with Sandra and her family and also Carol and Panteli. Good food and good fun.
