One of the heathier ladies on my floor has had a fall and the ambulance is here to get her, sad.
Spenser looks cute, Bible study this afternoon. Carol is coming at five I think.

Hot and sunny here today. Rocky the dog had to rest three times during our morning walk.
Bad news. Always good to be careful so as to avoid a fall, if possible.
