Yes I am alive and well except for my back hip pain which is getting worse.
Phoned Nolte and am going to have an x-ray.
Panteli is planning to bring supper.
Taking Spenser to the park and dad will pick us up.

Awe, so sorry to hear that you are having more pain. Do you have the little boy to walk Spenser? We have a fenced yard for Pedro, but I walk him too.
I hope your doctors appointment goes well Beth and you get some relief from the pain. did you say it is your back and hip? I use a rub on analgesic cream called Voltaren. I have a sore hip and back too...arthritis in an old injury. It works quite well and doesn't take as long as a pill does. Your doctor can prescribe a rub on cream that is stronger too. I do have that as well and use it when the pain is bad.
The man hunt for the killer of the man from Victoria Beach is on and RCMP are all over the area he was killed in. I have only seen on RCMP car here, but I bet they have searched his home here a well. The whole community is in mourning for him.
I hope that Ricks doctor and your doctor can bring you some relief along with some answers.
Our garden was only planted two weeks ago and it is growing so quickly. We bought small plants of broccolini from the greenhouse and they already have heads on them. We think we will be eating them in three or four days...and they will produce lots more. The potatoes have filled the bags that we put them in and are tall...I think I will be able to rob them in three or so weeks. We have 13 bags full! I love new potatoes...mmmmmm
is it still cool at the coast? A friend said it was like fall on the Island. We are hot hot hot!
I take digestive enzymes too Larry and have for a few years now. it makes a big difference in my digestion. The trick is you have to leave them out on the table where you eat to remind you to take them before you eat!
Well I am going out to work in the garden now. I bought some larger hanging pots for my hanging plants...they outgrow the pots the greenhouses use and then become root bound and difficult to keep watered..

PS Poor Pedro lost all but 6 teeth on one side. He was so sick and bloody yesterday after we picked him up. He bled most of the night and I was up with him, cleaning him up. He has pain meds and an antibiotic. I feel so badly for him. I have his teeth in a pill bottle and there must be 20. Today he ate a little and he goes out to do his business, but is sleeping on a his cushion in our bedroom...where it is cool and quiet. it was $1,800...but you have to do what you need to when you own a dog...to keep him healthy. he is only 6.
I made him soft food and hand fed him so I could give him his meds for pain.
