TEMPORARY

Lots of snow.  So happy our driveway and sidewalk are  very clean and very safe..

Rick did a lot of the work.  The snow anges ran out of volunteers.  The work was nearly all done when volunbters from the police came to help.We have an extra area around the side of our house that needs doing.

I seem to be extra busy right now.  I am trying to do Christmas cards and am making a lot of mistakes.  I find it discouraging,  I need to get the Christmas decorations out of the storage area.  I have to crawl in and find it hard to do.

Looking for a new place to move is stressful.  We may go back to the first place. The two we saw today, Sunday, were too big.  I want to be sure.

Walking Spenser is very hard using the walker.  We do a shorter walk.

After Sandra and Randy took me in to see the two   places we stopped at the bank to get some money and some stamps for cards.  To-morrow I will do all the cards I can and then consider it to be done.

Then I will start taking more time to read scripture and enter into the journey Mary and Joseph had to endure.  Jesus took his firsst breath in a humble stable but it was a place full of love.  This is the thing we need to remember when we feel stressed.

Love shines a light that reveals our path step by step,

Nice to talk to Kim and Carol and Pentli on the phone.  Peviously we had a visit with Ken.

The news is now reporting that more snow and ice are coming on Tuesday morning. I left 2 buckets of de-icer outside your garage. Hope they are still there. :)

Glad you will be going back to look at the first one. Now you have more to compare it to. You need to walk to the little dog park nearby as well, I think.

Love,

Rick

I went to Melina's house last night for Nonnas 80th Birthday. Jasmine kept us amused by riding her little motorbike around the house. Jesse,s girlfriend Josephine's sister had a baby Sunday night, so there was lots of baby talk around the table.

I hope Dad didn't go to bed when the Canucks were behind 4-0. Great game.

It seems early for all the snow and ice you are receiving Beth. Nice Rick is close by now and able to help out.
Will you be able to take Spenser to your new home? I hope so. They are family!
We are having a cold spell. -35 tonight. We will stay home until it gets warmer.
We have a new car. A hybrid. It uses a battery to run and gas engine when needed. Much cheaper. Works great in the cold weather. The electric doesn’t last as long though. Yesterday we went to pine falls to see our new doctor. We drove on electric for about 50 kms. Then the gas engine took over. When it us warm the mileage is a lot better.
So tell us about the places you have looked at. Condos? Assisted living?
Once our dogs are gone we will likely move to a seniors condo. We don’t need assisted living. But it will be easier. Not having to care fir a big house.
Have a good evening.
Love Nancy
