BELIEVE

Believe that you will emerge from this healthier, with greater knowledge and respect for your self and for others,

The garden seemed to invite us outside to dig and weed and trim.  A lot of work to be done.  Dad did the most work and we both ended up with sore backs.  Dad's feet were also sore.

We are attending a talk on wellness at the church tomorrow and after wards going to lunch with Jane.  She is here to discuss the funeral service with the minister.

"I believe life is a journey from pain to compassion
from fear to faith."
I believe that we all have experience sadness
that has wounded us deep within
but healing comes as with love and time.
We move from weakness to strength
from offense to forgiveness."

What a pretty picture of your garden Beth. It looks like your apple tree is in full bloom. You are so fortunate to be able to garden...we woke up to an icy snowy world yesterday morning and it has been miserable for 2 days now. Just like winter....cold. One has to resort to wearing their winter attire and believe me we are are sick of it! Everyone was grumpy!

I just came back from walking Bella and we were cold. the wind comes off the ice here and it bites.

I am going to an Easter passion concert ata large Ukrainian Catholic church in a town 50 minutes away. There are four churches in the area and they decided to band together and do one concert. It will be super good. One of my friends is playing in it. Actually he is my piano tuner and such a talented guy,
I am going to take one of my piano students with me too. She is 14 and a super student.

What is happening with your church? is it closing it's doors? An Anglican church in the neighbouring community had to do that and they were offered to join our church and we would add their name, St. Judes, but they wanted us to pay all their bills and our board decided not to. Not many come to the services here now. the drive is only 15 minutes but I think there are some noses out of joint. What a shame!

How are Ken and his family? I guess they are going into their winter season aren't they?

Bella is coming to visit me....I am in the other part of the house at my work desk. She has adjusted well to the move and is really fitting in here. it was really hard for her at first because she had lost her brother not long before the move.

Sadly three coyotes pulled down a 'last summers fawn' and killed it. Right in the cottage area. it was a pretty gruesome scene. I know it is part of the chain of survival, but it is sad. it probably was one that had come to feed here....with his mom. The coyotes are very aggressive lately and some of the residents are gunning for them.

Well that is all my news...I hope you and Larry are feeling pretty well. Take care and don't overdo things in the garden. It is good to hire help.

Love, Nancy
