It was not a party although this young lady had just turned 62.
Panteli and her had just been for a morning walk at Campbell /River Park.
There was no sign of food, no birthday cake and a small present.
Yes we were a serious group.
We were there to support dad to improve his health.
He was remined about diet etc.
Sandra has taken on a lot of responsibility.
She has been a great help.
Rick is living with us and knows all about us.
I know I have to be reminded to do better. I try to plan dad's meals. I hope one day he will be able to eat tons of cake and ice cream.
I had planed to get up early and make some sandwiches. The trouble was I had a horrible night walking Spenser out in the dark and the rain. Three times we went out. The last time we went all the way to the park. He had a sick stomach. Our fault for for getting his prescribed canned dog food. I was hoping we could get it at the local store but it was not exactly the same.
It was our fault. Also I had not taken him out for his last evening walk.
Next year we will plan a party.

I think the flash can be rather unflattering, but it was surprising to hear Dad say my hair looked nice.
Some how I forgot to get out and walk at all on the weekend, was just focusing on the taxes and wanted to get those out of the way.
I think you have all of the responsibility mom, I just try to back you up on limiting the foods that by doing your best detective work you have determined cause Dad to have issues.
They say at 10:30 this morning they will announce the vaccine plan.

Not fun having both Spencer and Grandpa with stomachs upset. Gathering is good for the soul even without the birthday gear. March 1 already. Wow. Today my brother turns 33! Hard to believe. It finally stopped snowing yesterday afternoon.
Good luck changing Dads eating habits. You would think he has had enough of the stomach issues and would change!
On a lighter side the Canucks are set to lose game 6 in a row.
