Sometimes it takes a real effort to feel happy. Dad was very ill and we wsere all concerned. He has not been this bad for a long time. We were both looking forward to have Rick come and visit us.Dad had gone back to bed when Rick arrived.
Rick went up to visit him and cheer him up. As usual I blame his diet. Maybe he should not eaten those canned beans or mat there was a little too much butter on his bread. I am ready to throw out all butter and cheese. We have to do better.
Later on in the day I realize it was the pill he had taken. Alpha-Lipoic Acid which be believes with help his feet pain. It is discourageing to cope with his pain especially as it is getting worse. As soon as he haad taken it, it gave him a stomach ache.
He agreed with me and would still have a miserable day,
I felt a little better knowing the cause.
This morning he is felling better.
It takes an effort to be careful and watch his diet.

So sorry to hear Larry was sick. Anything with acid is very hard on the tummy. I too have to be careful. It is so nice Rick is nearby now snd can come over to visit and help out. Take care you two!

Maybe Dad has to take the new tablet with food? Melina got good news from the Dr about all the tests she has taken.No cancer.
Jasmine has been very sick with flu, she's been in bed since Friday night.
Good, you could spend some time with Rick.
I agree, just stop buying what dad should not eat, though you guys go to restaurants so often not sure that would be enough. Saw Randy's Aunt Barb this morning. She is still walking and talking so hard to think she will be dead in two weeks.
I doubt it matters much what Dad eats, although over-eating will probably make things worse.
