COLOUR

I love the fall colours of bright yellow and orange. Nature's last passionate signature before the dullness of winter.

I was thinking that within us also is an inner world of colour.

Red for anger, black for hate and bitterness and unforgiveness,
orange for joy,, blue of peace and calm, green for new growth.,
pink for hope and faith, gray for sadness and pain and loneliness,
purple for holiness and passion and yellow for light of the spirit
of compassion and kindness and love.

A rainbow within us.

What colour are you today?

well, I think I am grey with a tiny bit of blue and pink, I hate the thought of going to Australia and not being able to spend any money. I am trying hard to not think of the negative.
What color are you today?

I think I am in the pink. I am feeling less back pain and Dr. Nolte said to get lost for three months.

Dad still seems to try and get me in trouble but I told them both I am doing my walking.

Dad is gray cause his feet are hurting and so is his stomack. He did go for a bike ride because I nag him.

Dear Beth,
I hope you are well today.

Rick mentioned to me about your blog page so here I am dropping by to say hello to yourself and Larry.

He also told me about the pains in your neck..I am very sorry to hear about those and that they can be so very bothersome to you at times.I hope the pain is improving considerably with the medication you have been given to help ease it. (I saw you mentioned that your back pain is better ..is it the same for your neck?)I do hope so.I know pain of any sort can be debilitating but neck pain especially so more than many others..I hope it's not or was not affecting your sleep too much.

If the meds are helping thats good but if not there is also physiotherapy as another treatment option.Have you ever tried that or did the doctor recommend that at any time during your visits to him?

I hope things are fine with your self and Larry otherwise. Please do give my best regards to him.Thank you.I do hope things are better with him healthwise.I am glad the biopsy of his lip turn out to be good news and nothing to worry about too much.

You both take care of yourselves. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

N.B - I will be back to see what your replies to my questions are(if you do manage to reply)...and from time to time to read/comment on your blog when time permits..(my preparation for the US medical board license exams is occupying the greatest chunks of my time these days).

Once again take care.

Bye for now.

Hi Shaunett,
Good for you getting your medical license in the U. S.; it must be hard work but very rewarding.

Yes, I am started to feel better. We think that because I had a fall in our yard and I feel backward it is causing the pain. I do have arthritis and oseophorous. I have a o=pain that starts in my back and then goes up to the neck. When it was very bad I could not put my head done. Cold helped it.

I have been to physio and had a massage and got some help. The pain worsens as the day goes on so I am suppose to rest in the afternoon but not able to do it some days.

I just gave a talk at a meeting about my training and experiences as a lay-chaplain.

I am taking Arthrotec morning and night. I also need to do stretching excercises like yoga or something.

I am gradually feeling better.

Thank you for your concern.

Larry sees the cancer doctor the end of this month to decide what treatment to have.

We have a lot to be thankful for especially good friends and family.

Keep in touch we would like to know how you are doing. I think of you when I look at the little plack on the wall. I wanted to write as soon as I saw your message.

God bless, Beth
