a compent mess,

Competent mess describes our situation. The D,V.D, was put away by dad so that is why it disappeared.

The smokey air is annoying and very unbelievable.  We fortunate that our house us cool, that is until you try to do things,

Meals on Wheels were delivered to us by Carol and Panteli with Haiti leading the way with his tail madly banging the coffee table and chairs.  Home grown vegetables.  Who knew they would such great gardeners.

Sandra and Randy good listeners,

OFF to x-ray

Lets hope you are able to get your sling taken off, that will make such a big difference.

Lets all hope for a change in the wind and even some rain might be nice for a change!

Beth will be having an operation on her shoulder tomorrow, the shoulder was broken in two places, and the upper arm as well. Somehow, we do not know how, or why Beth didnt realize the damage had occurred ,
but the bones are now about 45 degrees off their proper setting - I have seem the xrays and it is a mess!! prayers would be appreciated !!

OH, that sounds just so awful...poor Beth I cannot imagine how painful that must be.

Did she fall again and do more damage? Or, did the doctors miss the broken shoulder when they repaired her arm?

I pray for a successful surgery today, for Beth and will keep you all close in my thoughts and prayers...take care Bennett family.

Please keep in touch so we now Beth is doing. Thank-you

Love to all,

Nancy

Surgery evidently went well. She went in at 7:300am and was back at 11:45. Was awake and not in too much pain - they had just frozen the nerves in shoulder - will get much more painful in 8 hours - like now. I am just going back to the hospital with a few things. Beth thinks she she will be our tomorrow - we will see!! It is july the 8th 2015 at 6:38 pm.

Sounds like you go home tomorrow, from what I saw on Facebook. I hope you are not feeling too much pain. And I hope you can be comfortable and enjoy the back yard a bit. Did the sunflowers ever end up growing? I miss you guys. Take care of yourself, be patient and ask for help. Love Kimberly

Beth probably is coming home tomorrow, is having a lot of pain today. Was very happy to have Morgan, Theresa and Carol visit and have a little party out on the patio. Unfortunately she became sick to the stomach and had to return to bed. She is getting pain drugs via direct injection into the muscle.
