TRANQUILITY

.A wonderful sense of peace can be experienced when we give up our negative emotions.  Having the home care people doing  a very sloppy job.  There has been some misunderstandings causing frustration and anxiety especially for dad.

Lincoln is annoyed because he cannot have the great fun he wants to have throwing rocks in the pond.

Dad needs to find the inner peace which is brought home to him with a nasty headache.

With this heat you and dad have to be extra vigilant about drinking water. I will drop by to see you later on today.

So nice to see you back on your blog, Beth! My goodness this has been a difficult time for you, Larry and family. Sorry to hear the pain was so bad you weren't able to go to the party at Sandra's but glad to hear your doctor increased your pain meds...if you are taking T3's they are really constipating! I saw the weather for Vancouver and it sure is hot and dry! Yes, be sure to drink lots.

We had a wicked thunder storm and winds last evening. I heard we received 3 inches of rain in about an hour. It was coming sideways down the driveway and did a super job of cleaning the living room windows.

Your pics of the little manny, Seb are so cute! Aren't the children growing quickly? I am glad you had a chance to visit with them.

It is very smoky here from the forest fires in Northern Saskatchewan. I was really sad to hear the people of Montreal Lake, members of the Cree nation lost a third of their homes and their store to the fire yesterday....5,000 people are evacuated from the fires. The smoke here is annoying and is causing health problems, but I cannot imagine losing your home...so we must be thankful for the rain we had....replenishing our wells and cleaning things up! I pray those poor folks in Saskatchewan receive rain to put out the fires, soon.

Take care, Beth and Larry

Love, Nancy
