REMARKABLE

A very remarkable huge big truck with lots of pipes on it pulled up early this morning.
It took over most of the street.  It had lots of lights to get the attention of the other drivers.  The noise was deafening as it sucked out a hole pile of rocks.  The driver and his helper were very friendly and enthusiastic about their truck and the job it could do.

Dad talked to them and several neighbors came along to see what was happening.  Spenser was very curious  too.

This will not solve our problem and again it might be the neighbors water or it could be a spring.

Now that we are having this spell of remarkable weather dad has been riding his bike yesterday and cutting grass today.  He has over done it and he is  very sore and weak.

My friend told me about the teachers having a parade of cars saying thanks to all those who helping and working.  We walked around and ended up at the park only to find we had missed it as she did too.

Lots of children at the park, riding bikes and playing ball and running around.

Spenser and I are tired out too.

We ordered in supper from Brown's.

Ordering dinner in is probably a good idea in many ways.

My job interview went okay on Thursday. Long day with driving to Hope and then back to Kamloops.

Love,

Rick

Yes it is a real treat, and the workers are so very nice.

So when will you hear about the job?

Dad

Ps mom and Spencer are napping after their walk!
