BEGINNING

It is beginning to look a lot like /christmas with all the decorations coming to life on our street.

The problem is that we are all beginning to understand that Rick's condition is even more serious than we thought possible..  The doctor may be also beginning to take it more serious.  Rick has more tests today and another M.R.I. to-morrow.  His spirits are getting low.  He wants to do some work but that seems impossible.

Our hearts are very sad, feeling the heavy burden of his illness.  I know we all feel the pain of being helpless.  I have to believe that the doctors will keep searching to find the cause of his dizziness.  This is keeping him lying in bed  getting worse every day.

Carol and Panteli came over to keep us company for awhile.  Carol and I walked over to the park with Spenser.  The day had started with misty rain which turned heavy and then the sun came out.

Dad and I are grateful for the wonderful life we have had and for our amazing children.

Every moment of every day counts.

Every prayer counts.

Hi Mom,
Not sure if you read comments from past posts but wanted to tell you while I thought of it. I found a found delivery service that is getting really good reviews for delicious home cooked style food. Maybe you guys could try this for meals once or twice a week?https://www.batchfood.com/

Yes, that food service looks great. Matthew is going to his high school today for a tour. Wild weather here as well, feels like winter today and yesterday, but temps in the mid 30,s this weekend. They are coming tomorrow to install the last of our air conditioning units. My car is in the shop, waiting for them to call and advise the cost!!!

We have a famous house in the neighbourhood who as decorated with over 33,000 lights. Its called the Griswold house. Mostly due to the craziness of the lights and that they put up a Vegas Vacation theme with Cousin Eddie and all. Our neighbourhood is extremely busy almost every day with over 300 cars passing through an hour. We have now had some Police and Town help to keep it flowing and allowing residence who live here to get home a little quicker. We have been using the back roads to make it home a bit faster. Some people have taken about 2 hours to drive less then 100 feet! We are reminding ourselves when we get annoyed at this, that it is bringing a lot of joy to many many people and the best part is that they have a food bank donation bin, and in about a week they had donated 600lbs of food. Its worth the wait when you know they are helping a lot of families in need.
I am praying every day for answers for Uncle Rick, and for everyone's health to return to the best it can be. Its going to be a sad quiet Christmas, still looking at all to be grateful for....Miss you all.
