We are so fortunate to have this cool place to walk where it is even cool on a hot day!
Thinking back over my life I think that I have had a good life. Sure there have been goofy mistakes but that is how we learn, and then you forget all about them. Imperfection keeps life interesting.
Life sure seems to be moving on quickly except for times when waiting for news about our Mary.
I was just noticing on my long walk early in the morning how differently people say "good morning".
Some just give a little nod or some a big smile and you feel they really mean it. Some even say have a "good day".
Dad had his walk in the forest and I got good and dirty in the garden.
Today we are driving over to Burnaby to take Shirley Fowler out for lunch. We have not seen her for several months. Going to the Sylvia.

Hey, it looks like you and Larry fixed the computer glitch with uploading photos. Can't wait to hear what the "fix" was. Had a good Skype session with Carol at 5:30 AM in the dark outside Starbucks because the music was too loud outside.

It appwars that the fault lay in Goggle so no wonder we could not fix it

Well, Mary has headed out to the lake with Michael John's mom and then a bunch of the family, cousins and aunts and uncles are all heading that way starting tommorrow. Michael John was hoping to get the weekend off so he could join them all. Sandra
Maybe the water is special water. Kind of Lourdes water.

Your spiritual writing always are interesting. The quotes are wonderful...like the Chinese proverb about, why birds sing! Your walks in the watershed park and the accompanying pictures make me want to come and walk there too. How far is the "long" walk? We have wonderful walks here too and I am thinking I will borrow a leaf from your "book" and take some pictures and post them. My favourite walk is: following the winding lane along the lake....to the village green or the pier. Watching the changing seasons is so interesting. We are having an early fall too, with leaves already beginning to change on some trees and the fir trees are loaded in pine cones....so the writing is on the wall....an early fall and a cold winter. I hope we can come out to the coast again for a month or two. Love your blog....thanks for taking the time to express your thoughts.
Love, nancy
Lot of driving, watch out for bike lanes. Many a time i almost ran over elderly foulk that had wondered onto the bike lane on my commute into work.
