PILLOW TALK

Yes we ended up in the bedroom while the heating ducks were being cleaned.  Leah arrived with one baby in the bassinet, and the other tucked in under her arms.

It was a disappointing day for dad as his stomach was upset again.
It means checking what his ate and again watching the diet for no fat.

Lunch was delivered right on schedule by Lila and I was tucking it into when Helen came and brought some added food.  Our frig is full and so are our tummies.

Kim dropped by and took a turn holding Astrid while Ophelia played happily on the bed.

Leah had a difficult time when Ophelia had a high temperature and both little ones were unhappy.

Daddy came to the rescue.

I also had a turn at feeding Astrid . a good Norwegian name.  I believe.

Joan dropped by with supper and a visit.  She was very concerned that what she had made was okay for me.  A delicious chicken and rice dish.

What a wonderful party we had together to end a busy day.

Healing is not easy and often it is one step forward and two back.

Hoping for more energy but I have never been a high energy person more like to turtle.

The message is slow and steady wins the race!

So happy you got to have a visit with Leah and the babies. There is nothing like a baby to bring happiness. Take good care,
Germaine.

Why would fat give Dad diarrhoea? Isn’t that what the Metamucil is doing ?

That is cute...all the girls in the bedroom! Nice photos Beth...babies and little children sure bring cheer.

Too bad Larry is having such a hard time with his tummy. I hope is settles down for him. It makes it so hard to go anywhere when you never know what is going to happen. Carl is a lot better now, with the bran buds on cereal, ground flax seeds on his cereal and metamucil. He doesn't have days with the dreaded D or constipation anymore. he has diverticulitis. Has Larry had a colonoscopy? It might be an idea.

We had a long day in the city with two banks and our lawyer and things are sorted out now. Whew! But I am really tired and my brain cannot take anymore information. it has been overloaded! What a crazy mix up.

It was a very cold day and the car windows stayed frosted up until we reached the city. The wind chill temp was -32. brrrrr. We make sure the car is fully gassed up and we have our survival kit with us. Bob drove and Carl sat in th front seat and I sat in the back..squashed up. But ok.There was lots of exhaust fog when one was stopped at traffic lights...slippery too at intersections.

The Winnipeg Jets are playing the Las Vegas hockey team and they both are tops in the western hockey league so it will be a great game. Going to go and watch now!

Have a good evening and a good sleep,

Love, nancy

ps how wonderful you are getting all that food brought over for you! Your church people are very kind and caring aren't they?

Dad is getting a lot of different advice.

Because he had his gall b;adder out he should be carefull eating fat.

I advise watching what he eats and try to figure out what brings on attacks.

He needs to have things checked out.

He is watching the hockey game now.

Nice to talk to you Ken.
