ACCOMPLISH

Kim is taking a chance travelling to Vanchura to be with her husband Hamlet.
He has been tested for Covid-19 but even with keeping social distancing they will be closer.
We wish them all good health and happiness.
A good bye party for Kim
Carol treated us with take-out from Brown's.
We all picked out our favorite.
Take-out is safer.
We enjoyed being in our back yard as ripe cherries fell down on our heads.
Some with the help of the squirrels.
Time for fun

Randy and Sandra are dreaming of their own trips to see Mary and the family
and later to visit the new baby in Stephen's home and visit other family in Edmonton
The new baby is Remington.
Another active boy for Shawna to keep her enjoying life.

A proud gramma who feels very blessed to have had Kim in her life!
It is good to feel the love of your family.

Dad is still telling stories and making us laugh.
Even though he is struggling with the pain of his fall.
His shoulders are very painful and so is his back.
Sometimes we wish the struggle we are facing would go away
but the reality there are lessons to be learned and things to accomplish.
Remembering to use a cane will be a challenge!
We all know he can do it.

Ken and Melina joined us by phone.

All to soon it was time for Carol and Kim to leave.
It had to be quick as this was not the time for tears.

Dad and I are very proud of all the accomplishments are family have made in their lives.

Our journey's have all been different
as have been the lessons we have need to learn
to find the rainbow of contentment.

Here I am Beth...I am so sorry to hear that Larry has been losing his balance and had a bad fall. My goodness he looks a mess doesn't he? Did the sudden jar cause damage to the cataract surgery? You aren't supposed to bend over, get jarred or lift something over 10 lbs is I remember correctly.Has the eye surgeon had a look since he fell?

I do hope he uses his cane..I think it takes some getting used to, but once you do you don't want to be without it. Carl used a cane for years..he called it his old man and it was so worn out..we had to duct tape the handle. He refused to buy a new one.

I hope that you and Larry will be eligible for some home care and that you accept the help.
You cannot try to do everything Beth. You sure don't want to get sick too and family are great to help, but it can be a burden for them . They work and have family too. I know they are very happy to help out..you are so lucky to have Sandra and Carol nearby. I have been there! Home care will come in and cook some meals for you and do some housework. Do shopping too. they can oversee your medications as well.

What lovely family photos of everyone. What a good idea to order out and sit outdoors. Everyone looks so good. Especially Kim! She looks so happy. it must have been very hard for her to be separated from her husband for so long.
Where is she going to live with him/
Will she be able to get a green card and work there?
Isn't she a beautiful gal? I wish you all the very best Kim

I am supposed to be framing up some of my prints to hang at Kens cottage...but playing hookey! checking you blog and writing to you Beth! Ken is at the cottage doing some small repairs etc. We are in the final run now...the first renters arrive on sunday.
Wish I could post some pics of the cottage..it looks really nice.
It was a lot of work though. We moved and cleaned out everything so we could put it on the market to sell. AFter a few weeks and no sale, Ken decided to rent it. So we had to buy all the furniture. Plus the multitude of things one needs besides. thank goodness for IKEA..cheap prices on linens etc and kitchen things.
I hope that it rents for the whole season..all 8 weeks. Ken spent a lot of money on getting it set up for a rental. Plus it was a lot of work.

Well like Bugs Bunny says,"thats all folks"! I must work now,

Love to you both,
Nancy

Sorry, it is funny but when I get up early, 4am today, it seems like I get less done in the morning.

It was very nice to see Kim before she had to leave, and I was wondering if the quick get away had to do with avoiding tears.

I big change for her, and for Carol and Panteli. No more weekend visits for Hamlet. Be a lot quieter there.

Still trying to figure out the summer visits.

What lovely photos. You all have a beautiful glow from the sun. Wishing Kimberly and Hamlet all the best happiness and love. Your right about the jounrey. So interesting to listen to everyone's. We hope to visit too. Not sure what we are doing this summer. But if it permitted it would be great to come out again. Daisy is also healing with her incision on her head. I hope Grandpa you can recover as speedy as she does. ❤❤❤ Cameron is picking up a shift tomorrow with his dad and Stephen. I am going to do homework all day. May as well with rain! Love you guys. I am happy to be remembering to check this blog. So great to connect.

Yes Nancy
We do need more help now.

We have two ladies come once a month to clean.

We enjoy eating out at Carol or SAndra's.

They are good cooks and so are their husbands.

We enjoy the social part of eating out too.

You are very busy right now and it is good to work together isn't it?

Love beth
