NUMERED

Yes I am getting mad at the mouse or is it mice.  Having to move the furniture in the dining room was hard work.  Dad helped with the vacuming and I washed the floors.  What a mess!

We will get another mouse trap or use more drastic measures.

Their days are numbered.

As I cleaned out the china before moving the cabinet I thought I sure wish I could give Kim some dishes to help them start out.

Kim talked to us on What's Up and we saw her new place.  It looks wonderful so bright and cozy.

I know this is a small problem compared to all the big problems facing many in this world of ours.

I am reading some jokes to get a laugh which is much needed.

"At evening service tonight the sermon will be "What is hell".
Come early and listen to the choir practice."

"Honk if you love peace and quiet."  A bumper sticker.

Having mice inside the house is a real nuisance and even a health hazard.

I liked that joke about the choir!

Love,

Rick.

Is the mouse plague a local issue ? Are there mice all over ? I can remember in Canberra we had a mouse plague because of the drought. I wish I could give you BOOTS my cat , he would eat all your mice. 5 WEEKS to go with stage 3 restrictions. The kids get an extra week holiday and then we may home school again.

Hope Dad is feeling better . Hope your well Mum.

Oh dear...mice can really get away on you. why don't you call in an exterminator? Did you know that deer mice carry the Hanta virus and it is very serious if a human catches it? It causes a quick pneumonia that kills in two days. I know two people who died of it, here at VB.
We had them in our van twice and the whole things had to be thoroughly cleaned..every little thing taken apart and de orderized. It took them weeks to do it. Cost thousands of dollars to our autopac insurance. Maybe they aren't deer mice..but still can carry some terrible things.

I had to call the exterminator when the squirrel go in our attic last year.

It is sad to say, but many of the younger generation don't want our china. I had quite a collection and ended up giving it away to the thrift store. It hurt to do it because some we three generations old. Some valuable too, I am sure. But it was a huge relief for me because I never used it and it was just more stuff to deal with. the best thing was having to move and giving or selling almost everything away. I felt like a huge burden was lifted.
We now have more stuff because of combining two houses...Ken had quite a bit of things to bring here. But it still is a lot less than what I originally had.

I am glad to hear that Larry is feeling a little better...keep up the good work Larry! Good to hear you are feeling fine too Beth.
Getting out and walking Spenser would help keep your legs strong.
Tai Chi has done wonders for me too...I don't think I ever had such muscular legs in all my life...and I am so steady on my feet.

My teen class yesterday was awesome...we painted blue jays and they all did very well. A lady joined us too..she was 77! An excellent painter. We painted in my sunroom and it was a lovely day..overlooking the garden.

Well I am going to the garden to see what I can harvest for a layered salad. the radishes are done..all gone. They were very good.

I wish you both a good day,

Love, Nancy

A kitty would definitely clear up the mice problem. I wonder what Spencer would think with a kitty house mate. Hah
