I disagree with Rick and Kenny, unless the symptoms are there that point to colon cancer dont bother with colonoscopy.

How was yours and dads night?

Maybe the new sleeping pills are not agreeing with you? If you start being confused and making changes to your blog by mistake could be the cause.

I have contacted a dietician who has lots of experice with IBS and after surgery digest changes. I am hoping she gets back to me.

I disagree with SANDRA , apart from the prep , the colonoscopy is easy and the best way to see what's what in that area. I agree with Rick its just not his diet that is giving him diarrhoea for the last three years . Good to see you got the photos to work.
