Another bad night. We have to try this for at least two or three days.
Dad can go to the blood clinic today.
Then we will pay for the tree being chopped down.
We need to figure out what to do with the awful water. It looks like the Insurance may help pay but who will do the work.

There is no rational to be forcing a diet of this sort if you do not know what the cause is.
If you are going to do a elimination diet then you would need to go a week not just a couple of days. And then you need to add back in food groups one at a time and in large amounts so a reaction is obvious.Such as, if you go with no dairy for a week then on the day you add it back in have cheese and milk and ice cream all day long.
Piddling along doing a couple of days of limited variety and then just starting everything back up is just a waste of time and will just make dad grumpy.
Get tested for other things that are much more likely than Celiac.
Good news somewhat if insurance might help, but are they not going to send anyone out?

Is that no coffee? I think black coffee is allowed on most diets. To be serious you need a food diary as well . I ate this - then i felt ?? It lead to stomach pains. ect . I saw a dietitian once and she was big on food in food out (if you know what i mean)

Believe it or not I have been trying different diets.
He has not been going today.
I am on it too.
We are both tired and grumpy.
I would love the doctor to be doing tests but we have to wait for the specialist.
I am tired of nice people on the street commenting on our water problem.
I tell them please complain.

I was thinking you could put a little sign out front with the city of delta phone number so people could complain. You have to figure the more people who complain the better!
Mary has a zoom conference Wednesday with a judge to see if he will consider Mikes request to keep the kids out of school.
