RELATIONSHIPS

Family relationships are so very important.

Randy was beaming with joy having his two daughters home for a visit.  It has been wonderful having Many living near and he gets to see her regularly.  Adina lives just outside of Edmonton and is happy in her busy life.

Both girls are hard workers and dad and I have enjoyed getting to know them.

Dad and I were sorry we missed Craig and Leah and hope we can get together soon.

These younger people are so busy it is hard to connect sometimes.  Do not forget dad has a cell phone and we are never far from home or gone for long.

Off to church there is a special man speaking about his hard growing up amidst death and destruction in Guatemala .  It wasn't until he learned to forgive that he found peace in his soul and a message to tell others.

We are so blessed to live in a peaceful countr1y

Yes, so much of the world lives with war and all sorts of bad stuff (my brain does not want to search for a real word) and I can not imagine how much harder it must be to live like that .
Life seems quite complicated enough with just the regular stuff.

I thought Julio did a good job doing the children's time today & his reflection left a lot for one to think about. It was also very nice for Emma & Edward to have brought that beautiful cake filled with fruit for the congregation as a thank you for their gifts and sharing in their wedding (which was beautiful!).
I thought you looked much better today so I hope that all will be better for you & Larry very soon.
Love to you both, Lee

How wonderful to hear you were able to go to church and you are looking better, Beth! That is good news for sure. You have an active and caring church and congregation. Our little church is getting less and less people coming. A sign of the times I guess. Our minister used to have four churches in our area, but is now down to 1 and a half...the half will be gone soon. Really sad.

Randy has two beautiful daughters...those family suppers are so important. We had a family supper last night too.

Today is another grey day and the weatherman said we can expect more of these days, with the el nino. I think I prefer Mr. sun and colder weather!

Love, Nancy
