ADJUSTMENTS

I am terribly frustrated with my computer.

It will not put a picture on and has been going off all day.

I lost it my temper I mean.

Dad had a good but tiring day painting the garden bench.

He overdid it and his feet are very, very painful.

Yes I have a picture but. . .

I feel like I need a soul adjustment.

It would seem that also religion is in need of adjustments too

It is sad when Christians are seen as intolerant and judgemental.

The church too needs adjusting.

All I know is that I need to find some answers.

My computer is now working I do not know why?

in it's soft reflection."

OOHHH, pretty picture of the tree and reflection in the water, Beth> I am glad that you were able to struggle through and post a photo finally. You must have been very frustrated. Awe...take heart we all 'lose it ' sometimes.

I see you read the article written by Michael Coren....it is a sad reflection on Christianity that some people look on Christianity with such scorn. I did like his writings about Easter and it's blessings and the quote at the end of your blog post is lovely isn't it? The rock is rolled away.

You sure have been having some lovely weather on the coast...I have a friend who lives in North Van and she posts photos of her walks in nature. We haven't even had a day when we can BBQ....the deck has been covered with so much snow. There is still some left but hopefully we can clean off the deck and BBQ this weekend. A polar vortex is moving in tomorrow and it will be abnormally cold for the next week or so. But spring is coming soon.

I am off to try out the new "mobile clinic " that is at a neighbouring community today. They are staffed with a doctor, nurse and a small lab. I have a spot on my nose that could be skin cancer...just being on the safe side and having it checked out. It takes two weeks to get in to see my doctor on the reserve....he is always busy. The mobile clinic is such a good idea, for people who do not have a vehicle ( and there are quite a few low income folks who live out here ) so the clinic is very needed.

Well, it is going to be another good day...wishing you well,

Lovem Nancy

The mobile clinic is really neat and much needed for our area. It comes once a week. It is a large trailer where the driver sits in the front...and is divided up into two examining rooms. There is a nurse and a nurse practiconer....who I saw. The driver doubles as the receptionist and the person who helps old ladies down the stairs. hahah! Very nice. |It has a small lad for blood tests, an xray, ...everything they need all tucked away into that trailer. It goes up to the reserves up north too. Very impressive and all I had to drive was 15 minutes. She is referring me to a plastic surgeon for the nodule on the end of my nose...makes me look the the Wicked Witch of the West. Actually it is a lot better...just like the proverbial toothache.

Anway, just thought I would let you know about the new mobile clinic...

love, Nancy
