We are empowered by the beauty of nature and the gift of life! 
By the warmth of the sun, the cool refreshing rain, the smells of the trees and the flowers.

 We are empowered by education both academic and everyday experiences.

We are empowered by our values and our uniqueness to be all that we can be.  Truly ourselves..

We are empowered by our imaginations!  They fuel our hopes and our dreams.

Today we went to see dad's family doctor wanting to gain all the advice we can about the Stem Cells.
He was not to helpful because he did not know much about it.  He is interested in our decision and also hopeful.  After wards dad had his knee x-ray ed at the request of this clinic.

We are empowered by nature with all it's beauty and  variety,  Awesome!
We are empowered by words of poetry or history or even fiction that seems to draw upon real life.
We are empowered by music and the movement of dance.
We are empowered by an inner strength that we find in difficult times.

I have been empowered by many different relationships.  Family and friends.  I miss my best friend Jane a lot and now another friendship that was developing is changing because she is moving away.
A romance that produces a close friendship is a wonderful gift of our later years.

EMPOWERED BY FAITH AND BELIEF!

I have been empowered by my faith that has grown and developed as I have experienced the sense of peace it can bring with the healing power of the spirit that is available to me through prayer and worship.

Reading about the early church which had to find it's way after the death of Jesus it is clear that it was powered by the Holy Spirit transcending human ability and transforms human inability.

Jesus said the Spirit is like the wind that blows freely upon us all.

Every day we are empowered in many ways! especially as we try to help others.
