Returned to visit the Town and Country Hotel where years ago we use to stop in on our way home from Vancouver before continuing to Surrey. It was a happy place full of laughter and chatter. It was bright and tastefully decorated and the food was excellent.We always enjoyed walking down the hallway where there where paintings for sale.

\Today we had to return a few items to a store, drop off others and replace others.
I returned to my garden to muck around and this is how I do it. I get dad to help pull me out.
I come back in to return to my reading of the 8 Habits of Love.
I was reminded that generosity is a gift that can release us from the fear of scarcity. Combined with gratitude we are making this world a better place each in our own small way!.
Our front garden is on a slop and has lots of rocks and uneven places. No wonder my gardener is driving on by!

Yes our ant problem was the summer of 2016. The weeds outside our door were nearly 4feet tall. My sister and I pulled them all out and Cameron and I had to use all means necessary to kill the ants. It was sad because there were so many. But we just can't live together lol. And they were really moving in. They had little sacs on their backs and everything. (Yuck!) We poured cinnamon and it helped but the real helper was straight up ant killer. The condo board sprayed around the area and then last year we had a wonderful gardener who kept up with weeding all season. This year seems like maybe he quit. Its a big job for a condo Corp.
So happy its Friday and we have a less busy weekend. My mom was married last weekend and it just went by so quick. Cameron and I are taking bottles in and hoping to go to the each Sunday. We have got sunshine coming all next week.

How sad some of the old places are torn down to accommodate things like the casino. The photos of it looked so nice...the garden and waterfall especially. I am glad you were able to go back one last time and enjoy it.
We don't have ants but there are lots of woodticks. My son has been working out in the yard all week getting it ready for the visitors on Sunday and he has had quite a few woodticks on him. One large one that was really stuck in and had a large red circle around it. so her went to the doctor and was put on antibiotics. In case of Lyme Disease.
The storms moved through all evening and night...with driving rain and winds. Today the humidity is really high. Making for aches and pains.There was softball sized hail further south which did a lot of damage.
I am flared up with lupus with a very high sed rate. I see my rheumatologist July 3. He is away on holidays or I would get in sooner. It makes me have fevers and aches and tiredness. I can't walk far, which is the most annoying. Hopefully Dr.Thomson will get a handle on it.
How are you and Larry feeling? Has Larry made a decision on whether to do the stem cell thing? I guess it depends on the reports from his doctors? I hope he can and I hope it helps him with the pain. How is your hip Beth? painful?
