Everyone is up bright and early. Michael John and Steve have left to do some last minute tasks. Steve will be helping the decorating crew at the reception place where Shawna, Stephen, Cameron, Sandra etc. will be setting up tables and chairs etc. Flowers and cake have to be picked up too.
It is going to be a warm day but usually cools down nicely by evenning. A lot of planning has gone into this wedding and Theresa has been a big help to Mary making invitations etc. Theresa is very creative and did a wonderful job for us on our anniversary.
We have enjoyed getting to know Michael John better and Mary too as they have been living here with us. They have handled the stress very well.
Grampa and I have just been on the side-lines but I did send flowers to Carol's yesterday and flowers for the hall today.
Send a little prayer for them all and especially for Rick driving down from Blind Bay. His plan was for an early start and to stop and rest on the drive. It is good to have so many of the family here. We have met Chris's new girl friend Kim and I quite like her.
There is a little sadness wishing Melina and Ken and Matthew and Jessie could be here. Also it was disappointing the Aussie cousins could not make it but I am sure they would have liked to.
I am so thankful that grandpa and I are feeling well and will enjoy every minute of this day.

Yes Ken we would like to come and visit you maybe in a year or so when you can feel up to having us.
