DAY IS DONE

P3130246

P3130220Another day fly's by!  Time to close the curtains and put on the house coat and slippers.

Two year old soccer at the park.  I just love to watch they are so precious!

Dad and I bought some more soil and I asked for some help planting more heather which he has decided he loves.  It does smell nice.  Some strong handsome young looking 80 year old does just fine.

I am late waking up after a long night of restful painful legs which means I am the last one out of bed and have to make the bed darn!  Dad makes coffee and toast as neither one of us feels like eggs.
How ridiculous to rest before you do anything.

I do some planting of seeds and it smells so lovely and fresh outside so I take in big breathes and just enjoy the moments.

I am trying to read about pain and the brain and finding it painful.

Dad is having a good day finally fixed the back pump and hopefully the racoons will not attack it to night.  He also helped me by doing some digging.

I made a vegetable casserole and it wasn't too bad.

Heather is so beautiful...especially in masses of colour. It is one off my fond memories of spring at the coast. What a wonderful feeling it is to sow seeds and wait for them to sprout ...hope springs eternal!

Sorry to hear you have restless legs at night, BEth. That can be very annnoying. It sometimes indicates a lack of B vitamins.

We have lost about 2/3 of our snow in just a few days. This is an early melt for us and I am sure we will "pay for it" bigtime with a spring storm. Usually happens!I am sure " old man winter" wants one more kick at the can!
It is too muddy and wet to walk the dogs here, so I drive to the highway and walk along the paved shoulder.

Have a great day,

Love, Nancy

If you have a good soak in the bathtub with about 2 cups of more of epson salts before bed you will sleep better. It has magnium with relaxes the muscles I believe. It is one of the things my naturopath recommended and the pain specialist I went to see.

That is great that you slept-in a little bit. I managed to sleep-in until 7:30 am today.

I think I will have eggs this morning. I keep buying them and I guess I better use them up!

Love,

Rick

Thanks Sandy

Enjoy your eggs
Rick. It is easy to buy things but forget to use them.
