ENCOUNTER

"Begin to live a life of love and service
in all that you encounter and all you do.

In striving for a higher understanding of the expression of self
You need to put away that which is not real,
forgive the past mistakes,
prejudices and fears.

In life we have all been wounded and also wounded others so it is important to open ourselves to the healing light and joy which is love in it's purest form."

Yesterday we began working on the back yard and today we will continue to try to see what we can do with the deep holes that Haiti has dug.

We hope to go visiting in the afternoon should be another sunny day.

"What if there was a love so vast you could never be apart from it?

Embraced by the beauty just as you are."

All it takes is surrender to amazing grace!

To be open and to be happy.

Your yard is a bit small, but for Peanut who is a digger I try to make her options limited to where she can dig. Kind of steer her to one area that I dont mind it being a mess.

Oh boy, be careful not to step in any of those holes....does Haiti still live with you? Dogs are such good company and so good coming along for walks. Where is Kim working this summer?

How was your visit at the seniors home? Do you have anyone you visit regularly...or visit with whoever is available?

We are exhausted after driving through a monsoon rain storm to the hospital for Carl's pre-op meetings. It took 5 hours at the hospital to see the physio, anesthetist and nurse and then all the tests.
So much waiting to see people and then for tests. Far too long and then the drive back home...another hour and a half. Glad that is done! A lot of walking for Carl.

Just looking at the wild birds at the feeder and there is a very pregnant looking purple martin....she is almost bursting! It is the season! They were so glad when i got home and went out to feed them...usually it is first thing in the morning and it didn't get done today!

Have a lovely evening...I bet you will be watching hockey? We will be watching the Blue Jays and New York Yankees! Love those Jays!

Have a lovely evening.....we had to turn the fireplace on it is cold brrrrrrr 8C and damp.

Love, Nancy
