Nice to see sun shine.
Yes we have had a lot of rain but I really appreciate any sun that shines.
This is the early morning sun that delighted me on my walk. It was a short walk with a slow pace but
it is not about how far or how fast but just trying to regain my strength. I am doing well.
Peanut did come for a visit and she watched some T.V. with us while Sandra and Randy did some errands. She was restless but did lie down for awhile and whimpered quietly. On top of losing her best friend the house is a very confusing place. The stuff that is sealing the floors is very smelly.
They went home for the night but will return in the morning.
Our next study will be in the New Testament for which I am thankful for.
The humanity of Jesus reminds us of how important relationships are and the potential that is available for us all.

Just look at Peanut, sitting so pretty in the pet bed. Yes, those fumes from finishing the floor would be pretty overpowering. Doesn't the hardwood floor look fabulous? Such a warm lovely colour and the gold and green walls look so pretty with it. Sandra has a talent for decor.
I admire you tenacity, Beth, in continuing to walk even when it is challenging for you. Good for you! Slow and steady is great. You will keep your muscles stronger and they support those joints. We missed out walk today because I had a long teaching day. It ended with a visit from one of my students moms and we had a lot of fun talking. Carl joined and too. She was born and raised "in the bush" in Northern Saskatchewan. Without electricity and amenities.
Very true about the humanity of Jesus. We were talking about that today, one of my teen students. She mentioned that some of her family were Jehovah's Witness's and how she didn't like what they preached....and how patriarical they were. They take the bible so literally...such as no blood transufions. We agreed that Jesus wouldn't want anyone to die because of a religion not allowing blood transfusions. Her Mother and Father both were raised in Jehovah Witness's homes and churches, but they don't follow it except they don't celebrate Christmas or other holidays such as birthdays.
We are watching the World Series and it looks to be a good game with lots of offence for a change.
