What a great party! I am happy Hobey has good memories of past visits! He certainly has left a lasting impression with us all this time.
I really, really wanted to take a balloon home and next time I will. My balloon is just about flat now.
Panteli was at the party too but his picture did not turn out because he was in the shade.
It is the pool at our house. I did not make even a tiny splash!
It sure felt good!
We express ourselves in many ways through the day. This my blog is one way I do.
Our family enjoys having fun together and I like to think we are all our authentic and honest selves.
We may not share the exact same beliefs but we can share our experiences of life!

I hope Hobey makes it over for a visit again . I guess he told you his plans .
We here in Melbourne are still freezing , its not that cold but we have had winds average speed of 25 kts ... VERY COLD BITING WIND .

Still catching up on my sleep after being up so early on Monday. Since it is so hot the kittens sleep all day and once it starts to cool down they run around. At midnight I decided I had had enough of them using my bed as the launch point for their Indy 500 around the house and locked them out.

He is very active so we understand
he is planing a trip to the States to a football game on Thursday
and finding a cabin on the way to Edmonton to write music.
Then visit Cameron and Stephen.

OH my...you just look so cute in that little pool! It must be hot there. As it is here too. WE don't have a pool to cool off in, but we have a huge lake and my watercolour class just may have to go for a swim half way through as it is going to be a scorcher tomorrow. We are right along the lake at the Clubhouse and the beach is call clubhouse beach. A beautiful fine sand beach that is very long and wide.
I was there on Sunday for an art show and watched three kite surfers playing in the huge waves....the beach was a bee hive of activity.
I am taking Tai Chi lessons again and it is so wonderful....hard, but the feeling one has of peace and calm is amazing. I had my first class on yesterday and everyone was so welcoming. I hadn't been there for two years because I had to look after Carl. I had to miss a lot of things I wanted to do so now I am enjoying them. So blessed to have an excellent Tai Chi teacher too. I am going to take some private lessons so I can catch up.
I went for a forest bath walk with him and the chi was flowing...we walked very slowly with reverence through the forest. Letting our senses feel the chi...it is hard to describe how wonderful it feels.
I am sorry to hear that Rick is still not feeling well...that is a big worry for you all. I hope that his tests results are good and he can begin to heal. I keep him in my prayers for healing as well as you and Larry.
I have to jump in the shower and get ready for bed soon. I have a big day tomorrow with my class. The summer classes are always big and I have to supply a lot of their art stuff as well...that takes me about three hours to get organized the day before. But I am ready!
Have a wonderful evening and I hope it cools off so you can sleep. I have air conditioning . I don't think I could live here without it because it is very hot on the sand hill. Much different from the lower beaches.

You are way to cute! In that pool. It sure is nice to cool off. That is what I do too. I am excited to meet Hobey and visit too! Hope you stay cool. We have expected temps of 35 for Friday!
