A pirate birthday with a treasure hunt...what a novel idea! Did everyone have names like Stumpy and One Eyed Jack? Did Morgan find the treasure? Nice pics Beth. That is a pretty drive to Chilliwak. We would like to drive out to the coast this winter...but our little dog recently became blind...overnight and it has been quite an adjustment for him and us too.The disease is called sudden retinal atrophy...diagnosed by a vet who is an opthamologist for animals...so sad for Dinty. Not sure how he would travel, but he is a very sweet dog...so one never knows! We will try him on a short trip. Glad to see you and Larry and doing some of the things you used too...glad to see you both are feeling lots better! The doe ate all my flowers this morning and the beefstake tomato plant with tomatoes...she is in the doghouse! At least I have my deck garden. Our payback will be when she brings her fawns to our garden as she does every summer. She is so beautiful in her summer russet coat. Love to you both, Nancy

Thank you
So sad about your little dog.
It would be great to see you.

Theresa went to a lot of work to make it fun. I think a group of them found the chest.

Everyone got candy.

We are home now and enjoyed the day a lot.
love beth

Yes I remember - but it was pennies, with one nickel. Times are different but the fun is the same!
