REALITY

P6291660
First thing I opened all the doors and windows to let the cool morning air in.

It is far too hot outside even in the shade deck because there is no breeze.  It was not too bad in the house as I dug out a few fans.  A little breeze would sure help. Over 30 is too hot!

Reality seem to settle into many discussions we had during the day.

The words of scripture, read at church, that actually are suppose to be from the mouth of Jesus seemed harsh and cruel.  Does he demand more than it would be humanly possible to live out.  Have we lost the real meaning or are we taking it too literally?

I think maybe it is his Jewishness that confuses us in our modern world.  Maybe too much reality?  I know that too often words can lose touch with reality so actions do speak louder.

Then there was a worried friend that needed answers from a sick husband so far from home.  She is being drained with worry and anxiety.

We wait at the hospital for dad's cousins sons to arrive but all is confusion.  Promises that are not being kept.  Again no communication.  Another doctor drops by and discusses the same problems all over again but has a better understanding what a dying person needs to feel comfortable and secure.  It still seems confusing to her.  The room is warm and uncomfortable and the lady beside her is not mentally well.  Eileen needs to be moved to a better place.

We were late arriving at our house but Randy and Sandra had managed to get in and Sandra was talking to Mary on Skype.  A worried young mom with Simone the baby maybe have a condition called thrush.  Seems like Mary and Sandra also have it.  A young mom has such a great responsibility and needs all the help they can have.

Love is expressed in all these worries and all will be well soon we hope!

I will check in with Mary later on, maybe Simone is just missing her Nana. It is nice to have the sunshine and doors open in the morning, but I will have to get my gardening done early. Sandra
