WHATEVER

What ever may be may be  -  the future is not ours to see!
We sang as we raced to catch the ferry to Salt Spring.

The morning started out calm and quiet and even when Kim and Theresa were talking on the phone I was only half listening.  Plans were timed down to the exact moment for Kim to pick up Theresa and Morgan at the Langley bus stop and then on to catch the ferry.  The first hitch came when the battery on Kim's car was dead and she had to use our car.
They arrive back at our house to transfer Kim's luggage to dad's car and then dad would drive them to the ferry.  Dad sits wondering is if will work.

These great grand children are growing up so quickly!

One by one  they race into the terminal building.

We drop them off and carry on to take Haiti home to Carol and Panteli and then it is another quick trip to deliver the milkshake and visit one of my old friends from Colebrook who now resides there too.  Both were very happy for the visit.

Home to get a message from Shawna and Stephen on our I-phone of Lincoln opening his birthday present from us.  Amazing how these pictures can be sent.

Dad and I are now happily watching tennis and football and finding it a struggle to keep awake.
We are now back in the slow lane after our fast trip back in the fast lane of the young!

Ben plays soccer on Sat. so we will be there.

Wow - that was a busy day!

Was the milkshake all melted by the time you got to the rest-home?

Love,

Was Haiti very sad to see Kimberly leave? Randy and I are attempting to make a birthday cake today for Lincoln.

Haiti looks a little like Morgan just going where she is taken and happy when she arrives to say hello to her family. The time at the ferry was very hectic with each one jumping out and running away and we left immediately so did not notice any re-action with Haiti.

I am sure it is a super doper cake and his little hands will go right into it.

Doing some Sat. morning clean-up which dad and I are doing well.

No energy left for a walk today as we still have to go shopping.

Have a wonderful safe trip and our love to all.
