HUMOR

P2100405
It has been said that a sense of humour is a gift that can be a gift to all those who are a part of our lives.  Dad has laughed often and loved much and has enjoyed the trust and love of all our family and friends.

Yes he can be a little annoying too at times!  !  But neither one of us has earned sainthood yet!  Our minister has hope for us.

It was delightful  for dad to receive birthday greetings by phone and by e-mail and on my blog.  . . all day long.

Even from Australia.

Got to have breakfast with Simone again so did not read your blog first thing. She was refusing to open her mouth for her mommy though so it was just me eating. Being able to laugh, to find humor in all sorts of situations certainly can make life more bearable! Sandra

Happy Birthday Grampa! Thought about calling a few times yesterday but we were short at the restaurant so I had a busy day but a good day non the less. Now that I have a desk job I will be checking your blog on my lunch break. <3 kimberly

A sense of humour is something that often shines through in your blog....you have a gift for humour and make me smile or laugh often.

How is your hobo friend? Do you still take him some food?

How is Larry's bursitis?

We watched a lot of Olympics, especially the curling and hockey. Aren't they amazing to watch?

Well I am going to make individual baked spaghetti for supper. With rice pasta of course. That would be a good dish for you and Larry....they freeze well.

Love, Nancy

Hi Nancy I have saved up the answers,

The train I rode on with my parents was from Saskatoon to Vancouver where we stayed with dear friends'
Larry has an appointment at the doctor's on Monday. It is still bothering him. How is Carl?

Saving up all the answers. My parents and I took the train from Saskatoon to Vancouver for many summers,
Dad has an appointment on Monday with a doctor who was the partner of his old doctor and this partner has moved into the same clinic as my doctor. Yes he is still having pain. How about Carl
Saw the hobo with a friend for the first time yesterday so just had a chat and left him some money.
I am enjoying our frozen meals. Just have to cook a few vegtables and Bobs your uncle!
love beth
