LIFE

Life is meant to be celebrated!

Randy the proud dad holds the cake.  Mandy blew out all the candles except one which was a good omen, since she has James as part of her life.
Everyone had fun in the pool'

Evan under water.

Here Justice has capture Ben by sitting on top of his mat thing.
Lots of fun and did dad a world of good.
He had some porridge this morning and has cleaned up the kitchen and will help with the laundry as the soap he picked out is bothering his chest and giving him a nose he cannot catch!

Thanks for the phone call Rick we are hoping for the best.  This will mean an operation in the furture but that will be a piece of cake.

Theresa and Mikie were at a funeral service.  Very sad, but every life is worth being remembered,
And this was the time to remember with the sad and happy times.

Sorry to hear about Geof, Jane, give him our love.

Now I am off to take a birthday card to Joyce.  She may be 94 or 95 she cannot remember.

What fun! That pool sure is a hit with the younger crowd! There is nothing like a family party is there to bring one's spirits up. Great photos...even the underwater one.How on earth did you do that, Beth?
Did you have a BBQ too?

We are planning a get together for our immediate family...that is Carl and mine, and his brother's family. There is about 20 of us now. I guess we will host it because we have a larger house. Everyone brings food, and our nephew is a super cook and bbq'er.

So glad to hear that Larry can eat a little..especially, porridge...it is nutritious. Does he drink Boost too? That is what I have been buying for Carl since his surgery. I don't think he needs it now, he is eating well. I made a broccoli, cranberry apple and pecan salad for supper and it is yummy...I was taste testing it as I made it. We have a few cabbage rolls leftover so will have those too...kind of a strange combo!

We have a large hawk, a Coopers Hawk, at our bird feeding station. He is migrating through and stopping off for snacks of our chipmunks and song birds....he was trying to have a bath in a pie plate of water that I leave for the smaller birds...so funny...all fluffed out and he couldn't get more than his large yellow feet in the pie plate. I felt sorry for him ad put out the lid from a large storage box and filled it with water. Will take photos if I can catch him using it. He is striking.

Keep on the mend Larry!

Love, Nancy
